Refund policy
All sales are final.
However, if the painting and/or frame is damaged during shipping, please send an email (artbyagalicja@gmail.com) within 1-2 days of delivery with photos and an explanation of the damage, and we will issue an applicable refund - this is why we insure our shipments with UPS.
Please note: do not reply to the automated email sent with your tracking # - this email does not get redirected to us, please use: artbyagalicja@gmail.com for all follow-ups, shipping issues, etc.
A note on color and purchasing art online: All photos are taken in natural light (with no filters) to best capture the true color, vibrance, and tone of the pieces. However, depending on the calibration of the screen or device that you are viewing it on, the colors you see in person may vary from what is represented on your screen.
I’m more than happy to send more photos (in different lighting), send a short video which may show more angles and more ‘realistically’ represent the piece, or show pieces in person, if you are local. Please send a DM or email if you’d like me to send you more photos, a short video or to schedule a studio visit.
